Adam Robert Putnam, DO

Dr. Adam Putnam was born and raised in St Louis, MO before bee-lining to start training in Billings. He knew early on that his dream was to become a physician. His fascination with science got him into the field, but his love for people’s life stories is what brings joy.

An early educator taught Dr. Putnam, that the patient will be the one to tell you the diagnosis, you must listen. He takes that mantra into each appointment. Thanks to the training he received, he is comfortable with many realms of medicine: addiction, diabetes management, women’s health along with many others.

Dr. Putnam is an avid hiker, climber, skier and a bad fisherman/hunter. Having only been in Montana for a few years, he is doing his absolute best to catch up for lost time. He and his multitude of animals have fallen in love with the Bitterroot Valley, and feel blessed to call it home.
