Byrke Osmund Beller, MD

Dr. Byrke Beller grew up in the San Fernando Valley, where early experiences in a diverse and close-knit community helped shape his interest in caring for others. Drawn to medicine by a desire to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives, he has built a career centered on education, empowerment, and meaningful partnership with his patients.

At Bitterroot Health, Dr. Beller is proud to practice in an environment that values patient-centered care and strong community connection. He believes firmly in shared decision-making and ensuring that every patient feels informed, validated, and supported. For him, the most rewarding part of his work is helping patients gain clarity, confidence, and a sense of control over their health.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Beller embraces the Montana lifestyle. He enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, and traveling, and appreciates how the Bitterroot Valley makes it easy to stay connected with the outdoors. Family plays a central role in his life—he is married to fellow physician Dr. Klarissa Beller, and together they have two daughters.

His journey to Bitterroot Health was sparked years ago when a high-school friend who had moved to the valley described it as a place with genuine community and room to breathe. When he finally visited, he saw exactly what she meant. The valley’s natural beauty, welcoming people, and commitment to exceptional local healthcare made it the perfect fit, both professionally and personally.
