Jennifer M Van de Baan, FNP-BC

Jenny was born and raised in Genesee, WI and moved to Hamilton in 2017 with her husband and four children. Jenny finished her undergraduate work at Chamberlain College of Nursing and her graduate degree at United States University in San Diego. Jenny started at Bitterroot Health as a RN in 2017 and worked on med/surg and hospice. After finishing her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jenny went on to work in nephrology as well as ran a community-based palliative program and was assistant medical director to a hospice in Missoula. Jenny continues to pursue further education and is due to start a PhD program in the coming year. Jenny rejoined Bitterroot Health in the of spring 2023 and is pleased to be working with once again, an amazing team in Oncology at Bitterroot Health.
