Jordan McLaine Icenoggle, MD

Dr. Icenoggle is a board-certified OB/GYN who brings warmth, versatility, and deep clinical expertise to her work. Originally from Golden, Colorado, she grew up in a close-knit family surrounded by cousins and community. Her upbringing, paired with an early interest in science, laid the foundation for a career dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based medical care.

Her path to medicine was shaped by a personal experience: a high school sledding accident that resulted in a broken collarbone and two surgeries. That experience—first as a patient—sparked a fascination with how science and healing intersect. Initially interested in orthopedic surgery, she discovered her true calling during medical school, where she was inspired by the variety, depth, and continuity of care in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Icenoggle values the dynamic nature of OB/GYN, offering patients care that spans every stage of life. Her clinical interests include preventative women’s health, in-office procedures, minimally invasive surgery, and labor and delivery. She is especially passionate about building long-term, trusted relationships with patients and empowering them to make informed choices through personalized care.

Her approach to medicine is rooted in respect, flexibility, and inclusion. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

Outside of work, Dr. Icenoggle is an avid runner and recently completed her first marathon. She also enjoys baking sourdough bread, exploring new coffee spots, and relaxing with a good movie. She and her fiancé, Treve—whom she met on the first day of medical school—are excited to build their life together in the Bitterroot Valley. Treve recently completed his Psychiatry residency and will soon open his own practice. Together, they’re looking forward to becoming dog parents (negotiations are ongoing between a Saint Bernard and a golden retriever).

Dr. Icenoggle was drawn to Bitterroot Health by the warmth and authenticity of the people and the natural beauty of the valley. After visiting during her interview, she knew immediately that this was the right place to call home. She is honored to be part of the Bitterroot Health team and is excited to care for women and families in the community for years to come.
