Kristen Marie LaHaise, PA-C

I grew up in Chelmsford Massachusetts and studied Exercise Science and Biology during my undergraduate education at Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Connecticut. While studying, I became increasingly interested in the connection between physical fitness and medicine, something that has become increasingly evident in medical research. I am passionate about preventative medicine and staying mentally and physically active across the lifespan. Learning about my patient's background and story gives me crucial context to understand their specific health needs. Looking at people with their specific experiences in mind, helps me develop a tailored plan to enhance their current health. In the past, my hobbies included figure skating (which I grew up doing and continued through college - even competing at the collegiate level); now I enjoy picking wildflowers, trail running, cycling, hiking and learning how to fly fish!
